Gift wrapping

I ordered an item off of my nieces registry and when purchased it asked if I wanted gift wrapped. I chose yes and got charged of course. Why offer this if your just going to put it in a gift bag. Mind you it's a wedding gift. That was not what I expected. Let people know that it's not actually wrapped you put gifts in a gift bag! I could have bought a gift bag if that's what I wanted to do.

BB&B is enslaved to push racism against whites asians, and hispanics

Just look at their homepage. Anti-white, anti-asian and anti-hispanic racism is rampant Why are Blacks on this website front and center almost all of the time when they are only 13% of the US population? Why? Because BB&B board members are connected or threatened/enslaved by the deep state in pushing this BS. I will not shop there any longer.

Do not shop here

I would not shop here or at least I would not order from this company. My delivery was due to be delivered over a week ago and when I called they told me that the items have not been shipped yet yet the website shows me that it is to be delivered the following day. Each day the website changes to the next day they have no explanation for this and they offered no solution even after I asked them to ship it overnight they would not do it

Terrible experience ordering online

Terrible experience ordering online. 2 weeks after an item had estimated to ship I still hadn’t gotten notification of shipment. I looked online a few times and it told me that the item couldn’t be canceled because it was In process. When I finally reached out to customer service I was told that the item was ready from the vendor but just waiting for a carrier to pick it up. 3 days later I get an email that my item was canceled because it was out of stock. I just wasted 6 weeks waiting for a gift for it to be canceled on me. So disappointed.

I just received my Zerowater system…

I just received my Zerowater system (took a bit longer than expected). The directions for use seem quite clear and I'll be getting to it directly, anxiously awaiting to test my first glass of water. In the meantime, I looked at the additional literature enclosed regarding the no hassle filters, including two $2.50 Off coupons. Further inspection of these coupons, however, show that they expired 12/31/20! What's up with that? I just hope the system works.

I have finally had with going into the store and finding nothing but lackadaisical apathetic employees that don't seem to have any knowledge of products. hard to find anything not made in china, although I keep giving them a chance--no more

Comforter Set

I ordered a Comforter Set Its not True to size the seams are coming out of it. The color is not blue its green.

I’m sorry I no longer can shop at your store since the CEO has decided to play politics and ban Mike the pillow guy. I’m not registered to vote Republican or Democrat but this is just poor decisions by your company to mix politics with business!

I am extremely disappointed you no longer carry My Pillow, so I will be buying from My Pillow directly and no longer shopping at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Cancelling My Pillow Is Another Step Toward Cancelling Democracy

Since BB&B decided to bow to the dangerous, rampant cancel culture seeking to destroy our democracy, I decided to return my last 3 orders with them. I no longer feel good doing business here, nor do I feel welcome in the BB&B culture. This past year I've been shopping online, but wanted to return my purchases in person to avoid shipping costs. I just returned from the local store, and was shocked to see how dingy and disheveled it looked. Though I will no longer be doing business with them, it's sad to see this once vibrant store looking like a second-hand bargain basement. Alienating so many of their customers can't possibly help the situation.

Store is a DUMP, lighting is horrible & extremely long wait lines to check out.

Not planning on ever going back - quality is poor, the store is a dump, the wait lines are ridiculously long and most everything is low end junk even the sheets & towels. Horrible shopping experience.

How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it

FRAUD. They steal your money, refuse to refund it, and block all communications. They are a company about to go out of business, but before they do, their CEO needs to be put in jail for interstate commerce FRAUD.
